We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks, cash, and *CareCredit®. All payments are due at the time that the service is rendered.
Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage. We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within 4 to 6 weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance is your responsibility.
Depending on the services provided, you can expect your insurance company to reimburse Pottstown Family and Cosmetic Dentistry for either a portion or all our fees. As a convenience to you, we will process your insurance claims so you can receive the maximum benefit. We also gladly provide dental x-rays and a written diagnostic report if your insurance company has any questions.
Please bring your insurance information with you to your appointments so we can expedite your reimbursement.
