Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we started to take extra precautions to keep our patients safe. While many restrictions are easing up, it’s still extremely important that we do everything possible to protect you and our team. Here’s some of what you can expect.
- When you arrive, please enter the office with your mask on. Please be advised that you will not be allowed to enter the building without a mask.
- We will have you complete a quick wellness survey.
- We will continue to support social distancing in the reception area with limited seating to help keep the number of people in the office to a minimum.
- If the patient is a minor, they can be accompanied by an adult. However, if they feel completely comfortable with us, we suggest having them come in alone.
- We have added additional PPE for all team members.
The patient experience is very important to us, so even while we have to think about these extra steps, patient convenience is still always on our minds. We hope to see you soon!
